Excellent news today on the completion of the second flat. It’s been some journey selling both flats and we have finally come to the day that at times felt impossible. A journey that you guided me through with patience, expertise and tenacity.
As you know there are human stories behind each property transaction and I felt you recognised the importance of these sales to us in a way that speaks volumes to your character. I never questioned your advice knowing full well you had our interests front and centre. Having you in our corner made the emotional roller coaster of the last couple of years barable and I can honestly say we wouldn’t be celebrating today if it wasn’t for you.
So I thank you, it has been a pleasure working with you and I look forward to doing it all again the next time round!
