Charlie Streatfeild from the estate agency Carter Jonas was “relatively relieved”, while Camilla Dell of Black Brick buying agency called it “fairly benign”. Charles Curran of Maskells estate agency was equally sanguine: “We all expected higher taxes and after many months, we have them. However, of all the floated policies, this, we feel, is the best outcome.”
